Questions
- Who takes the payment?
- Polar, as merchant of record. It charges your card in your currency and handles the tax. Prices include VAT or GST in most countries; in the US, Canada and India, tax is added at checkout.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account. Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you go back to Free and keep everything you watch.
- What happens to my watchlist if I stop?
- Nothing is removed, and you still hear when those tracks come out. To watch new ones on Free, you'd need to be under 20 again.
- Does Pro work in the apps?
- Yes. One Pro works on the web and in the iPhone and Android apps once they're out.
